Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Contract Administrator Position Our client is seeking a Contract Administrator to join their team. This role will be responsible for preparing, negotiating, and reviewing various company contracts, including purchases, sales and business partnerships. Responsibilities Prepare sales and purchase contracts Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners Review and update existing contracts Explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties Ensure that employees understand and comply with company contracts Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and shipping) Maintain organized system of physical and digital records Create language standards for existing and new contracts Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Management, Administrative, and Legal Industries Real Estate and Construction Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Get notified about new Contract Administrator jobs in Miami, FL . #J-18808-Ljbffr
