CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / OFFICE ASSISTANT 
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a  Customer Service Representative / Office Assistant for a company based in Moody, AL. You will have the opportunity to join a supportive team, gain valuable experience, and enjoy opportunities for growth in a stable, fast-paced work environment.

Pay Rate
$18.00 to $20.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7 00 am to 4 00 pm.

Customer Service Representative / Office Assistant   Duties and Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders, changes, and returns according to procedures and policies.
• Listen, document, and help resolve conflicts with customers.
• Answer questions or handle complaints from customers.
• Forward phone calls, emails, and requests for information.
• Provide information to customers about order status and product inquiries.
• Attend order status meetings then send communication to customers on the same day.
• Communicate requests from customers to sales/production.
• Establish new customer accounts, enter account information.
• Organize and maintain filing systems
• Organize and maintain common office areas
• Send weekly customer past due invoices and follow-up emails.
• Work closely with the account receivables and credit department to assist in dispute resolution.

Customer Service Representative / Office Assistant   Qualifications  and Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent .
• Good attention to detail.
• 1-3 years of experience in a food service or food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to thrive in fast paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer.
• Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization.
• Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems.
• Excellent listening skills with an empathetic voice and manner.
• Dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to pass a computer test.
• Ability to pass National Background check and Drug Screening.
