The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients with diverse diagnoses including orthopedic and neurologic conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet therapeutic goals for acute care patients. Provide effective patient and family education on home exercise programs and rehabilitation strategies. Utilize electronic health record systems, such as Epic, to document patient progress and treatment outcomes. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on patient care planning and discharge strategies. Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring compliance with facility infection control protocols. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Oklahoma. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Minimum of 1 year of professional physical therapy experience required; acute care experience preferred. Proficiency in using Epic electronic health records for documentation. Strong skills in wound/ulcer assessment and breathing techniques.
