Graham Street Realty is seeking a skilled Transactions and Asset Management Analyst to join our real estate investment team who is passionate about commercial real estate investments and can work in a fast-paced environment. The Analyst will work closely with both the investment and asset management teams and will be responsible for supporting the underwriting of investment opportunities through various means, including, comp sets, investment documents, supply pipeline analyses, and other ground-level support methods. The analyst position will support the asset management team on lease structuring, dispositions, major capital projects, maintaining financial models, annual budgeting among other tasks. Responsibilities :

• Assist the investment team in evaluating new investment opportunities.
• Perform financial modeling and analysis of potential acquisitions including valuations and cash flows.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate market trends and property performance.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior management.
• Assist on due diligence.
• Analyze investment documents, including leases, rent rolls, and financial statements.
• Financials analysis including waterfalls and return calculations.
• Perform net effective rent analysis and uphold internal tracking files.
• Create and maintain property-level financial models in Excel and Argus.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Travel 15-20% of the time.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• At least two years of commercial real estate experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and Argus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
