ResponsibilitiesHazTek is hiring an experienced Safety Specialist - Second shift in Philadelphia, PA to support our growing commercial construction projects. If you’re passionate about making an impact, driving compliance, and building a culture where every worker goes home safe, we want you on our team.Hours: 2:30-11PM, some overtime hours on weekend as needed.Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction projects ensuring OSHA complianceConduct daily safety meetingsComplete accident reports and conduct accident investigationsEnsure all personnel wear their personal protective equipment (PPE)Daily safety audits and inspectionsInspect power tools and heavy equipmentQualificationsMinimum 5+ years of construction safety experience requiredOSHA 30 hour in Construction certification requiredFirst Aid/CPR certifiedStrong knowledge of construction safety standardsMust have experience in Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and ExcavationExcellent verbal and written skillsEmbody HazTek's Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, AccountabilityOverviewHazTek Safety Management is a full-service, objective safety partner, founded in 1997.
