Responsibilities
Manage a growing pipeline of new business by connecting with community members who need tailored protection.
Assess the individual financial and personal risks of potential clients to craft comprehensive insurance solutions.
Conduct regular review meetings with existing policyholders to ensure their coverage evolves alongside their life changes.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and policy modifications within our database.
Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible terms for our clients.
Participate in local Hagerstown community initiatives to build your professional network and our agency's reputation.
Requirements
Active Maryland Property & Casualty insurance license.
Three or more years of experience in sales or client advisory roles.
Strong comfort level with digital documentation and agency management software.
Exceptional ability to explain complex policy details in plain language.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
Valid driver's license for occasional community meetings or local networking events.
