What You Will Do:

1. Maintain a spotless kitchen by ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and sanitized according to health and safety regulations.
2. Carefully clean and store all kitchen equipment, utensils, and tools, reporting any damages or malfunctions to the management efficiently.
3. Manage waste disposal carefully and sustainably, in line with our environmental policies and procedures.
4. Assist the kitchen staff with food preparation tasks, deliveries, and storage organization as needed.
5. Conduct inventory checks for cleaning supplies and report the need for restock in a timely manner.
6. Ability to manage a variety of tasks in a busy kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of performance.
7. Follow all established protocols for kitchen safety, food handling, and storage, ensuring compliance with local health codes.

What You Will Need:

• Previous experience in a kitchen support role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of industrial kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding cleanliness standards.
• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
• The capacity to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A team-player mindset with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Commitment to delivering an outstanding level of cleanliness and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
