Registered Nurse – Cardiac Telemetry (Nights) travel assignment in Saint Louis, MO. Start date: 08/24/2026. Duration: Weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,849–$1,906 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week for a 3x12 schedule. Shift: Nights. Setting: acute care hospital with a dedicated Cardiac Telemetry unit caring for adult patients.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret continuous cardiac telemetry; promptly respond to rhythm changes and notify the care team
- Administer and monitor cardiac medications and IV drips (no titration) per protocol
- Care for post-procedural and post-MI patients, including post-Cath/post-surgical recovery
- External pacemaker monitoring and chest tube surveillance; manage chest tube drainage as appropriate
- Initiate IV lines; care for PICC/central lines; follow heparin protocols and documentation in the electronic chart
- Collaborate with PT, Respiratory, Pharmacy, Phlebotomy, Social Services, and other team members; participate in rapid response as needed

Requirements
- Active RN license in the applicable jurisdiction; IL license required at time of submittal; MO license may be accepted without license—confirm
- BLS (Basic Life Support) required; NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required
- ACLS: preferred; CPI preferred
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Cardiac Telemetry and rhythm interpretation experience required; ability to work in a high-acuity cardiac unit
- Orientation: 38 hours; floating within the service line as needed
- First-time travelers accepted; no on-call requirement; weekend shifts as part of rotation
