The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and SAP support for the Production Maintenance Department. This position plays a key role in planning, scheduling, tracking, and documenting maintenance activities to ensure efficient operations and the successful execution of maintenance programs. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Utilize SAP to plan, schedule, and manage maintenance work orders. Coordinate maintenance activities with planners, supervisors, and operations personnel. Monitor work order status, provide updates, and ensure timely completion. SAP Administration Create, update, comment on, and close maintenance work orders within SAP. Develop and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) plans and associated task lists. Ensure maintenance records are accurate, complete, and up to date. Reporting & Documentation Generate reports and track maintenance performance metrics and KPIs. Maintain document control, correspondence, and daily activity reports. Support audits and compliance requirements through accurate recordkeeping. Communication & Coordination Attend planning, progress, and safety meetings. Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and management teams to support project objectives. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED required. 4 Year degree in a technical discipline Experience: Minimum of 5 years of maintenance and/or production experience. 5+ years of maintenance and construction experience; and proficiency with CAD Strong proficiency in SAP is required. Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, and preventive maintenance programs preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills. No per diem or relocation assistance is available.
