Emergency Medicine Physician

• Schedule: Mix of days, nights, and weekends available
• Job Setting: High-performing community hospital Emergency Department; approximately 33,000 annual ED visits; moderate-to-high acuity; 38 hours/day MD/DO coverage with 18 hours/day NP/PA coverage; team-based care model with strong operational support
• Types of Cases: Moderate-to-high acuity emergency cases
• Credentialing: Documentation of case logs for past 2 years required

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine through ABMS/AOA
• Certifications: BE in EM - ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS required; BC in EM - must maintain ACLS, BLS, PALS and show proof of having ATLS at least once; Moderate Sedation
• Licensure: Active unrestricted IN Medical License, IN State Controlled Substance, DEA w/ IN address & schedules 2,2N,3,3N,4; MD or DO from an accredited medical school; Completed EM residency
