As a leading structural concrete contractor with over 50 years of experience, we specialize in tilt-up, vertical, and specialty concrete services for commercial projects. Daily Responsibilities: Prepare accurate take-offs and estimates for commercial construction projects Assist with pre-construction activities, including submittals and scope development Collaborate with project teams on structural design and building construction Required Skills: Experience in commercial construction estimating Proficiency in Bluebeam software for project controls Ability to develop accurate bids and manage project budgets Strong communication and organizational skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Bluebeam Revu software Previous experience with preconstruction activities Salary and Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary range of $58,550 to $96,670, based on experience and qualifications.
