Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator for a contract opportunity in Dallas, TX, supporting a computer software organization during a paternity leave coverage period. This role is ideal for an HR professional with 3-5 years of experience who enjoys employee lifecycle administration, onboarding, compliance tracking, and HR systems work. The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in delivering a smooth employee experience by supporting new hires, employee changes, offboarding, documentation, and SAP SuccessFactors workflows. Key Responsibilities Manage employee lifecycle transactions in SAP SuccessFactors, including hires, job changes, transfers, and terminations. Coordinate and host new hire orientation sessions to support a positive onboarding experience. Prepare and process employment agreements, new-hire documentation, and I-9 submissions in accordance with federal requirements. Track completion of compliance training, policy acknowledgements, and onboarding tasks, escalating risks as needed. Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows within SAP SuccessFactors to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and a streamlined employee experience. Support the People Services model by assisting with HR operations, employee data updates, and other assigned tasks. Compensation and Benefits Pay rate: $22 per hour. Job type: Contract/Temporary. Work arrangement: 2-3 days onsite in Dallas, TX. Assignment purpose: Paternity leave coverage. Required Qualifications and Skills Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows within SAP SuccessFactors. Maintain accurate employee data for hires, changes, transfers, and terminations. Coordinate new hire orientation, employment documentation, and I-9 submissions. Monitor compliance training, policy acknowledgements, and onboarding task completion. 3-5 years of human resources experience, preferably in HR operations, employee lifecycle support, or People Services. Experience using SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms. Strong attention to detail and demonstrated commitment to data accuracy. Ability to research and resolve SAP-related issues using analytical thinking and sound judgment. Knowledge of new-hire documentation, onboarding processes, offboarding processes, and I-9 compliance. Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and manage multiple HR tasks with professionalism and discretion. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting HR operations in a software, technology, or fast-paced corporate environment. Prior experience coordinating orientation sessions or supporting high-volume onboarding. Familiarity with compliance tracking, policy acknowledgements, and employee documentation workflows.
