Human Resources Coordinator

Position Overview The HR Coordinator manages daily administrative and operational tasks to support the human resources department, focusing on full-cycle onboarding, offboarding, and comprehensive recruitment support from job postings to reference checks. This role maintains accurate digital and physical employee records within the HRIS, while tracking compliance training and compiling routine HR reports. Serving as the primary point of contact for the team, the ideal candidate delivers exceptional employee support regarding benefits, payroll, and company policies with strict confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support: Assist with posting jobs, reviewing resumes, scheduling candidate interviews, and coordinating background checks. Onboarding & Offboarding: Process new hire paperwork, conduct orientations, and manage exit interviews or final documentation. Record Management: Maintain accurate physical and digital employee records and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for routine team member inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and company policies. Compliance & Reporting: Help track compliance training, maintain document confidentiality, and compile data for routine HR reports. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with common HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday). Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, high attention to detail, and a strict commitment to maintaining data confidentiality. Knowledge: Basic understanding of recruiting practices and general labor laws.
