Pay: $40.00-$48.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans  

• Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to residents  

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards  

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal outcomes  

• Deliver care with professionalism, compassion, and clinical excellence  

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology  

• Current Ohio SLP licensure and ASHA CCC (required)  

• SNF/LTC experience preferred but not required  

• Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills  

• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to quality care
