As an Outside Sales Representative , you’ll build relationships with business owners, property managers, and contractors—helping them create signage and branding solutions. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year. Sales Execution: Build strong relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and present signage solutions. Strategic Follow-Up: Maintain an organized system for following up on leads, preparing quotes, and closing sales. Sales Goals: Strive to meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Marketing and Training: Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Store Support: Assist with store management duties as needed and ensure a professional work environment. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (signage, printing, marketing, or construction industries preferred). Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficient in the use of computers and eager to master various software tools. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to read basic construction drawings or measurements. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
