DISTRICT MANAGER – QSR OPERATIONS

If so, we're looking for a District Manager who can lead multiple Quick Service Restaurant locations, develop General Managers, and drive operational excellence across their market.

This is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership role . You'll spend your time in restaurants, working side-by-side with your teams, identifying opportunities, and celebrating wins.

What You'll Do

Lead & Develop Teams

• Directly coach and support General Managers across multiple locations.
• Build strong teams and strong bench strength.
• Create a culture of accountability, engagement, and results.
• Develop future leaders and help top performers reach the next level.

Drive Operational Excellence

• Analyze sales, labor, food costs, and profitability metrics.
• Improve restaurant performance through coaching and execution.
• Ensure operational standards are consistently achieved.
• Identify opportunities and turn them into results.

Own the Guest Experience

• Make sure every location delivers outstanding service and quality.
• Champion speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Maintain excellence in drive-thru operations.

Be a Hands-On Leader

• Work in the restaurants, not from an office.
• Support teams during peak periods.
• Roll up your sleeves and lead from the front.
• Show your teams what "great" looks like every day.

✅ What We're Looking For

You Must Have:

• Recent Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) leadership experience.
• Experience leading 3–5 restaurant locations simultaneously .
• Experience managing and developing General Managers .
• Significant drive-thru operations experience .
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• A proven ability to teach, coach, motivate, and drive performance.

⏰ Schedule Expectations

This is an operations role, and success happens where the action is.

Expect a schedule that typically falls between:

• 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM or
• 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Availability is required for:

• Fridays
• Saturdays
• Sundays
• Holidays

Because that's when great leaders make the biggest impact.
