District Manager

District Manager of QSR Operations Due to unit growth, we need to add a District Manager. This is a very hands-on role, so I am looking for a leader experienced in leading 3-5 locations simultaneously with GM reports. I am not looking for someone whose background has been significantly larger than this. You must have QSR leadership in your recent background. District Manager Compensation: Competitive base salary up to 90 base. REQUIRES significant drive-through experience Astute business acumen with the ability to teach, coach & drive results Hands-on leadership style, this is NOT an administrative role. Must be able to taste and handle all menu items. This is an operations leadership role where your time will be spent in locations working alongside your direct reports and teams.
