The Inside Sales Assistant supports a small sales team by handling essential administrative and sales support tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role focuses on customer follow-up, order processing, and maintaining accurate CRM data to drive sales efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer follow-up to maintain relationships and support sales efforts
• Process sales orders accurately and timely
• Perform data entry to update and maintain sales records
• Maintain customer information within the CRM system
• Provide general sales support to the sales team
• Facilitate communication between customers and the sales team

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in sales support
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills
• Accurate and efficient data entry
• Ability to work well in a team environment
