Travel CT Technologist - $2,509 per week

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 09/22/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, rotating Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 2508.60 Opportunity: CT Tech SMMC CT SCAN Job Details: • Must be open to all shift times including start times of 6:00 AM, 8:00 AM, 3:00 PM, and 5:00 PM • Self-scheduling based on seniority • Patient ratio of 1:1 • Minimum 1 year of experience required • First-time travelers accepted • Weekend coverage may exceed every other weekend to meet unit need • No on-call required • No floating between units required • Facility may call off once every two-week pay period • Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day • All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submission • Charting system: Epic • Free parking available • Scrub color: Navy Blue • Required certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced, CA CRT, CT • Required skills include: CT imaging of abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, cervical, lumbar, thoracic, and musculoskeletal trauma • Experience with contrast media preparation and administration required • Proficiency with GE and Toshiba scanners preferred • Experience with PACS and Fuji Synapse preferred • Treats patients of all ages including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics • Very busy department serving primarily emergency department patients with some outpatients • High-volume primary stroke receiving center • Transport support available, though technologists are encouraged to assist with transport when needed • Equipment includes 1 64-slice Toshiba Aquilion scanner and 1 64-slice GE Lightspeed • Community hospital experience required • 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years Facility: This acute care hospital features 212 staffed beds and provides comprehensive medical services across a wide range of specialties. The facility operates a high-volume CT department that serves primarily emergency department patients and functions as a primary stroke receiving center. The organization utilizes Epic for charting and maintains modern imaging equipment to support diverse diagnostic needs.
