Summary Provide an elevated luxury client experience by representing the brand, building lasting client relationships, and achieving store commercial targets through personalized clienteling and exceptional service. Deliver memorable in-store moments, leverage client feedback, and use POS and client tracking systems to grow repeat business. Responsibilities Embody the brand in every client interaction and deliver the branded client experience. Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Capture and maintain accurate client data using POS and client tracking systems. Conduct client appointments with personalized styling and product knowledge. Use curiosity and discovery to convert prospects into clients. Optimize in-store hospitality and amenities to create unique experiences. Act on client feedback and NPS insights to improve service. Requirements Experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles. Proven track record of achieving commercial sales results. Ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse client base. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with point of sale systems, client tracking tools, and email.
