Registered Nurse/Case Manager

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in a dynamic role that combines clinical expertise with case management. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional patient care and the ability to coordinate effectively across various departments. Key Responsibilities Work every other weekend as part of the team’s weekend requirements. Utilize acute care experience to manage and oversee patient cases efficiently. Collaborate with clinical staff and other departments to ensure comprehensive care. Float between like units based on the facility's needs. Use Epic for charting and documentation. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field. Open to first-timers with clinical approval. Ability to work every other weekend. Additional Information Start date: ASAP Free parking on the first day; assignment parking details provided during orientation. Locals are accepted.
