They coordinate student placements, manage affiliation agreements, and evaluate clinical instructors to ensure quality clinical experiences. Key Responsibilities Serve as liaison with nursing schools, coordinate communication, and oversee student clinical placements. Lead review and approval of clinical placement applications, maintain records, and manage databases. Oversee Master Affiliation Agreements and address issues during rotations. Guide student projects, participate in research, and advocate for nursing professional growth. Qualifications & Skills Master’s Degree in Nursing; Doctorate preferred. Current Illinois nursing license and specialty certification; BLS, ACLS, or NRP as applicable. Minimum five years of experience in nursing organizations, with proven leadership and project management skills.
