We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team.Job Title: Generative AI Developer with RPA ExpertiseLocations: Chantilly, VA 20151Duration: Fulltime Permanent PositionDepartment: Intelligent Automation / Digital TransformationJob Description:We are seeking a highly capable and self-driven Generative AI Developer with RPA expertise to lead the design and implementation of intelligent automation solutions.This role blends the power of Large Language Models (LLMs) with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to transform business operations by automating both unstructured and structured workflows.You will independently drive solution architecture, development, and integration across GenAI and RPA platforms—delivering scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready automation solutions.You will also work on solutions that interpret large volumes of documentation (e.g., requirements, user manuals, test cases) and generate intelligent outputs such as test artifacts or summaries.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end GenAI RPA solutions independently with minimal supervisionIntegrate Generative AI capabilities (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, etc.) into automation workflowsEngineer effective prompts, manage embedding strategies, and orchestrate LLM pipelines using tools such as LangChain or LlamaIndexBuild intelligent bots and GenAI solutions that interact with internal/external systems, including those that understand structured and unstructured documentation (e.g., test cases, manuals, requirements)Automate complex business workflows involving document understanding, unstructured data parsing, and contextual decision-makingCollaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand automation needs, and translate them into functional solutionsEnsure compliance with enterprise security, performance, and governance standardsCreate reusable components, documentation, and handoff materials for broader automation teamsStay current on advancements in GenAI, automation platforms, and AI-driven productivity toolingRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5–7 years of experience in software development or automation, including hands-on project leadershipStrong proficiency with at least one RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate)Proven experience building or integrating GenAI/LLM-based solutions (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, etc.), with the ability to extract insights from large document sets and generate outputs like test cases or summariesExpertise in Python (or equivalent scripting language) for workflow orchestration, API calls, and automation glue logicExperience working with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Azure Cognitive Search, etc.) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelinesDeep understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and system integrationsFamiliarity with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalentDemonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience with document processing/OCR tools (e.g., Azure Form Recognizer, ABBYY, Tesseract)Exposure to enterprise platforms like Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or WorkdayFamiliarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and version control practicesExperience applying LLMs to QA use cases, such as test case generation, test coverage analysis, or requirements traceabilityKnowledge of data privacy, prompt injection mitigation, and LLM safety considerationsRelevant certifications such as:UiPath Certified RPA DeveloperMicrosoft Azure AI Engineer AssociateOpenAI Developer credentials or equivalentsAmpcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
