BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Montgomery and Bucks County, PA. As a Direct Support Professional, you'll work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion, mentor, and advocate for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilitieshelping them reach their full potential. We offer part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling across various shifts and locations throughout Montgomery and Bucks Countiesallowing you to find the balance that works best for you! Shift options include mornings, afternoons, and weekends.

We are currently seeking Direct Support Professionals in the following locations:

• Norristown
• Ambler
• King of Prussia

How You'll Make an Impact as a Direct Support Professional:

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on the client's favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities

Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive pay rates starting at $18.00/hr. with a weekly pay schedule
• Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts)
• Short commute times (we try to match opportunities within 30 minutes near your home)
• Options for mileage reimbursement

Qualifications for Our Direct Support Professionals:

• One or more years of experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (autism, down syndrome)
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Ability to transport clients to community outings

Locations We're Hiring: Norristown, Ambler, Collegeville, Royersford, King of Prussia, Blue Bell

Type: Part-Time, Weekdays, Weekends available

Pay rate: based on experience, $18 / hr, mileage reimbursement
