Customer Service Representative

Major Function: Responsible for engaging with customers on behalf ofJoe Filter. Duties include answering phone calls or emails from customers to answer questions, scheduling home service jobs, participating in meetings with the customer service team to discover new communication tactics, and maintaining expert knowledge about company products and services to best help customers. Essential Functions: Contacting and scheduling customers for Home Service Visits Providing introductory information to new customers Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions Possess strong knowledge of Joe Filter’s products and services to identify customer needs in an effort to sell and upsell to new customers (training provided) Perform home assessments and quotes to customers upon request (training provided) Complete standard electronic/paperwork processes accurately and on time Maintain an acceptable personal appearance and strong customer focus All other duties that are assigned by the supervisor An acceptable MVD license report and clean background check with no prior felony convictions, DWI's or current judgments required, as you may be asked to operate a company vehicle Flexible to work overtime and weekend shifts when necessary Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management. Identify opportunities for improvement while creating and implementing viable solutions Possess an enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach towards work and all work projects.
