Pay Rate: $20 - $25/hour DOE
Position Type: Contract to possibly full-time hire
Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM; with overtime
Location: Baytown, TX 77523

Position Overview:
Integrity Trade Services is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Painters in Baytown, TX for an industrial manufacturing operation. The Industrial Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying industrial coatings to equipment and components while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and production.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal and equipment surfaces for painting through sanding, masking, cleaning, blowing, and other preparation methods.
• Apply industrial paints, primers, coatings, preservatives, and lubricants using spray guns and other painting equipment.
• Mix and prepare paints and coatings according to specifications.
• Operate and maintain paint equipment, including spray guns, pumps, paint pots, air lines, and fluid lines.
• Perform touch-ups and inspect completed work to ensure proper coverage and quality.
• Assist with abrasive blasting or other surface-preparation activities as needed.
• Clean and maintain painting equipment and work areas.
• Properly handle and dispose of paint materials and hazardous waste.
• Follow work instructions, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Follow all company HSE policies, OSHA requirements, and PPE guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years of industrial painting experience preferred.
• Experience with spray painting and industrial coatings.
• Experience with surface preparation, sanding, masking, and priming.
• Ability to work with spray guns and related painting equipment.
• Ability to wear a respirator and pass a respirator fit test, if required.
• Ability to lift up to 45-50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment with varying temperatures.
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Must be able to pass required background check, drug screen, physical/fit testing, as applicable.
• Must pass employment screenings
