Insurance Defense Attorney

Location: Atlantic City, NJ Work Mode: Hybrid Compensation: $105,000 – $140,000 + bonus About: I’m currently recruiting for an established litigation practice seeking an Associate Attorney to join its defense litigation team in Atlantic City, NJ. This is an opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful hands‑on litigation experience, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances. The practice has significant experience handling defense‑side matters involving premises liability and other civil/personal injury claims. What You’ll Do Handle civil defense litigation matters from inception through resolution Manage discovery and participate in depositions Draft and argue motions Attend hearings, conferences, and court appearances Work closely with clients, claims professionals, and the litigation team What They’re Looking For Approximately 1+ years of legal experience Strong understanding of litigation fundamentals, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice Strong written and verbal communication skills Why Consider This Opportunity?
