Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
We are seeking PTA to join our dynamic Home Care team to provide services to the following towns:
CMS offers an Integrated Home Health System, which includes Durable Medical Equipment (DME), Respiratory Equipment, Home Health Services, Infusion Services, Orthotics and Prosthetics can count on CMS for their immediate, guaranteed.

Position Summary:
A Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) administers physical therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Physical Therapist (PT).
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- At least six (6) months' experience.
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Acceptance of philosophy and goals of this agency.
