Estamos contratando "HR CLERK" para industria de Manufactura Textil,en CAMUY, PR.


SALARIO:
$29K (anuales) + Beneficios


BENEFICIOS:

HORARIO:
Lunes a Viernes | 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

ACTIVIDADES:

• Publicar vacantes en plataformas internas y externas

• Realizar screening de candidatos, entrevistas iniciales y coordinación de entrevistas con supervisores.

• Mantener comunicación efectiva con candidatos durante todo el proceso de reclutamiento.

• Impartir la orientación de inducción a nuevos empleados.

• Preparar y extender ofertas de empleo siguiendo las políticas de la empresa

REQUISITOS:

• Bachillerato en Recursos Humanos, Administración o campo relacionado

• Experiencia previa en recursos humanos, preferiblemente

• Conocimiento de procesos de selección y evaluación de habilidades técnicas

• Bilingue (Ingles y Español).

• Certificado de buena conducta.
