- Atenderá y canalizará las llamadas recibidas en el Departamento de Recursos Humanos.
- Organizará y archivará expedientes de empleados.
- Asistirá al proceso de reclutamiento y selección de empleados.
- Colaborará con actividades llevadas a cabo por el Departamento, tales como: Ferias de Empleo u otras actividades especiales.
- Asistirá al proceso de contratación de nuevos empleados.
- Entrará datos de nuevos empleados al sistema.
- Recolectará información correspondiente a depósitos directos, cheques y otros procesos relacionados a nómina.
- Servirá como contacto inicial para atender reclamaciones de empleados relacionadas a pagos de nómina, verificaciones de empleo,entre otros.
- Ofrecerá apoyo al área de Recepción.
- Asistirá en otras tareas que sean requeridas por el Gerente de Recursos Humanos y Supervisor(a) de Recursos Humanos.
