Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Clerk for a direct hire opportunity in Camuy, Puerto Rico. This role is ideal for an early-career Human Resources professional who is organized, bilingual, and interested in supporting daily HR operations within a fast-paced industrial sewing manufacturing environment.

The HR Clerk will assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, and general HR administration. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on HR experience in a structured workplace with steady hours, supportive team collaboration, and exposure to key human resources processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Support recruitment activities, including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding preparation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with documentation to support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities to help employees successfully transition into the workplace.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, forms, and employee communications.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Communicate professionally with employees, candidates, supervisors, and internal team members.

Compensation and Benefits

- Job Type: Direct Hire.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Salary: $25,000 annually.
- Benefits: Benefits provided.

Additional Skills

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Less than 1 year of experience, or early-career experience in Human Resources or administrative support.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, onboarding procedures, and labor law basics.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous internship, clerical, administrative, or HR support experience.
- Experience supporting recruitment or onboarding in a manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume work environment.
- Familiarity with employee records, HR documentation, and compliance-focused administrative processes.
