Job Description Job Description Receptionist/Accounts Payable Clerk Needed for a fast paced law firm in Downtown New Orleans. This position will greet clients, answer calls and field them accordingly, and handle accounts payable for the firm. Administration Duties, such as keeping track of the ordering of supplies for the office and helping with additional ad hoc duties. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience, knowledge of the accounts payable process and strong oral and written communication skills. This is a part time position.
