Top Skills:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in PLM systems, with at least 5 years in PTC Windchill.
• Strong expertise in Windchill modules such as: PDM Link MPM Link Project Link Windchill Parts and Documents Architect and design scalable Windchill PLM solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Lead the implementation, customization, and integration of PTC Windchill across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Define Windchill data models, lifecycles, workflows, and version control strategies.
• Guide the team on Windchill upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.
• Integrate Windchill with other enterprise systems like ERP (SAP/Oracle), CAD tools (Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and third-party applications.
• Ensure adherence to PLM best practices, security policies, and compliance standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and system administrators.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Windchill infrastructure, performance, and integrations.
• Stay updated on the latest PTC Windchill features and industry trends.
