Job Title : Production Associate/Machine Operator (Temp-to-Hire)

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time
Location: Cherryville, NC
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join a growing manufacturing team in Cherryville, NC. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform basic machine setups, changeovers, and troubleshooting as needed
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
• Assemble, package, label, and move materials throughout the production process
• Complete production logs and required documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is a plus
• Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for an 8-hour shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment
• Inventory or material handling experience
• Familiarity with quality control processes and production documentation
• Forklift experience is a plus
