Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join a growing manufacturing team in Cherryville, NC. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that values quality, teamwork, and reliability. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform basic machine setups, changeovers, and troubleshooting as needed
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Assemble, package, label, and move materials throughout the production process
- Complete production logs and required documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals
- Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is a plus
- Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for an 8-hour shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment
- Inventory or material handling experience
- Familiarity with quality control processes and production documentation
- Forklift experience is a plus
