What You’ll Do Handle 40–50+ inbound calls per day from policyholders and potential clients. Provide support with billing, claims, policy changes, and product questions. Use consultative sales techniques to recommend tailored insurance solutions. Meet or exceed performance goals in quality, conversion, and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Deliver a high-quality customer experience that builds trust and loyalty. What You Need to Be Considered Active Life & Health Insurance License in one of the following states: MI, WI, IN, FL, GA, NC, SC, or TX (Applicants without a license or outside these states will not be considered) 1+ year experience in customer service, call center, or sales. Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. High-speed internet and a landline or VoIP phone (no mobile phones or hotspots) Must pass a federal background check.
