Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT)

An opportunity is available for a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in an acute care environment. The role requires working independently with pediatric patients and supports their rehabilitation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess pediatric patients.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide ongoing evaluation and adjustments to therapy as needed.
• Document patient progress using electronic health records, specifically Epic.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric physical therapy.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius for local consideration.

Working Conditions

• Shift: Day shift, 5 consecutive days per week (Monday to Friday).
• Shift times are flexible within an 8-hour window from 07:30 AM to 06:00 PM.
• No on-call responsibilities are required.
• Facility may call off one shift every two weeks, but guaranteed hours may apply.
