Project Manager

Join a dynamic Operations team as a Project Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful installation and commissioning of projects within the mobile energy power or energy sector. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams from project proposal through to client onboarding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where building scalable processes and embracing change are key to success. Responsibilities Lead projects from initial planning through to successful delivery and client onboarding. Serve as the primary liaison between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication of deliverables, requirements, schedules, costs, and plans. Develop and manage project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines using appropriate project management tools. Communicate project schedules and any changes to all relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Plan and facilitate project meetings to align teams on methods, goals, and progress, including preparing agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries. Monitor task completion status, identify at-risk tasks, and develop mitigation plans to address potential issues. Allocate resources, budgets, and hours to projects, making adjustments as necessary to ensure project success. Process purchase order requests and follow up on their status as needed. Contribute to building a repeatable and scalable project management playbook for the organization. Perform other related tasks as required to support project and team objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience required. Project Management Certification or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum of 6 years of related project management experience. Experience in mobile energy power or energy industry required. Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
