Cheer Home Care is hiring a Speech Language Pathology Care Manager in San Diego. As a SLP Care Manager, you collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans and provide constant feedback to clients, client representatives, and other healthcare providers. You work closely with our office team and must have excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
