What You’ll Do

  • Be the Face of the Hotel: Greet guests warmly, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and respond to guest requests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Demonstrate Reliability: Arrive prepared for each shift, adapt well to operational changes, and maintain a strong work ethic and positive energy throughout the day.
  • Stay Flexible and Adaptable: Quickly adjust to changing schedules, procedures, and guest needs to ensure seamless service.
  • Support Team Success: Foster a cooperative, team-oriented environment by maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining a positive attitude and high level of energy.
  • Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: Effectively manage a busy lobby, particularly during peak flight and cruise travel periods.
