Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, etc. as necessary.Develop, implement and maintain an ongoing quality assurance program for the Resident assessment/care plans.Assist the Director of Social Services and the Admissions Coordinator in completing the care plan portion of the Resident's discharge plan.Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies.Work with the Resident Care Plan team in developing a comprehensive Resident assessment and care plan for each Resident.Coordinate the development of a written plan of care for each Resident that identifies the concerns of the Resident, that indicates the care to be given, goals to be accomplished and which professional service is responsible for each element of care.Ensure that an initial resident assessment is completed within fourteen (14) days of the Resident's admission.Ensure that a comprehensive care plan is completed within twenty-one (21) days of the Resident's admission.
