MEP Coordinator (100% TRAVEL)

Job Description MEP coordinator supporting senior staff during installation and commissioning of mission-critical electrical systems (e.g., UPS, switchgear). Works under supervision, assists with documentation, inspections, safety, and coordination across field teams. Core Responsibilities Assist with reviews of drawings, submittals, equipment lists, and commissioning requirements; capture corrective actions in Procore. Support site inspections, TMS inspection/termination, PQM and punch-list closeout, and yellow-tag inspections. Contribute to weekly MEP status reporting; attend project meetings and track action items. Follow LOTO and PPE requirements; uphold site safety and quality standards. Maintain documentation (photos, checklists, punch items) and communicate status/risks to project leadership. Proficient in Procore and Adobe/PDF editing; adept at reading blueprints/submittals/specs/one-lines.
