We're on a mission to improve society's experience with software and that's where you come in.ResponsibilitiesOwn the architecture and roadmap for a core product area end-to-end — from data model to UI — partnering with design and product to ship experiences customers loveLead the design of systems that surface insight from data at massive scale. Think real-time search across billions of log entries or automatic detection of common user paths across millions of eventsDrive adoption of AI/ML in the product, from bug-detection pipelines to full-stack AI-powered recommendationsSet technical direction for scaling our infrastructure cost-effectively while maintaining reliability under heavy loadRaise the bar for the team: mentor engineers, review architecture decisions, and model strong full-stack craftsmanshipQualifications*If you don’t meet all of these, we still encourage you to apply. You’re as fluent in the UI layer as in APIs and data.Experience leading technical direction for a team or product area, not just executing ticketsFluency with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and excited about building AI-powered capabilities into the productA strong hands-on collaborator with a bias to action.
