- Guide field execution, functional performance testing, startup support, and closeout activities across assigned mechanical scopes.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical system issues and drive practical resolution with project teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Review drawings, specifications, trend data, test results, and system information to evaluate readiness and performance.
- Communicate commissioning status, risks, findings, and recommendations clearly with clients, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Mentor Mechanical Specialists and Mechanical Support team members through field coaching, documentation review, and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to safe, reliable, and high-quality project delivery in fast-paced mission-critical environments.

- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, sequences of operation, technical documentation, trend data, and system information.
- Advanced understanding of MEP systems, controls, and integrated building operations.
- Ability to lead assigned commissioning activities, guide field execution, and escalate complex technical or project issues appropriately.
- Strong troubleshooting, quality assurance, communication, documentation, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and commissioning documentation tools or project software.
- Currently authorized to work in the U.S. full-time.
