Sr. HVAC Technician

Today Heating & Air is looking for skilled, enthusiastic, and experienced Residential Sr. HVAC Service Technicians for the Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. Position Summary: To provide maintenance, as well as accurate diagnostic and repair on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Required Qualifications / Achievements: Must have valid Georgia Driver’s License and have clean driving record for at least the past three years. The driving record (MVR) will be checked prior to employment and must be acceptable to our insurance company. Must pass pre-employment background check. Demonstrate accurate knowledge of service tools and testing devices Demonstrate ability to perform routine preventative maintenance on residential/ light commercial systems with minimal assistance and supervision Demonstrate ability to use current iPad technology for communications and field reporting Desired Qualifications / Achievements: 3+ years field experience High School Diploma EPA Certified Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Follow instructions from supervisor and/or dispatch team Communicate regularly with customers and the dispatch team in a friendly and efficient manner Always maintain professional appearance and attitude Complete all service-related forms properly Inform, educate, and make recommendations to customers on additional products, replacement options, and services available that are in the customers best interests Basic knowledge of diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques Success Factors / Job Competencies: Motivated work ethic Attendance Demonstrated mechanical aptitude Strong team player Willingness to learn #J-18808-Ljbffr Today Heating & Air
