Customer Service Representative D3S Service is a dynamic appliance repair company dedicated to providing exceptional products/services and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of customer support. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries promptly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products/services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong desire to help others. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, and policies. Assist technicians with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide basic technical support to customers. Collaborate with other departments, such as parts and office, to ensure seamless customer experiences. Maintain customer records and update information in the database. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved satisfactorily. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. Proficiency in using customer service software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
