Call Center Representative

Job Description Day-to-Day: Answer inbound customer phone calls and resolve inquiries Assist customers with questions and problem resolution Make outbound calls to insurance agents and brokers to verify information Respond to customer and partner requests via email Enter and update information within insurance-tracking databases Learn and communicate product features and information Maintain accurate records and documentation Support additional customer service and administrative tasks as assigned No outbound sales responsibilities We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
