Job Description

• Create Customized Treatment Plans: Evaluate patients' needs and design tailored therapy strategies to help them achieve their personal goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply proven methods to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living capabilities
• Partner with Diverse Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver all-encompassing care
• Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their loved ones on therapeutic practices to foster continued progress at home
• Document and Evaluate Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring sustained advancement

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education and additional post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• Required certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)
