Your New Role Awaits

• Craft Personalized Therapy Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and develop individualized treatment strategies that support their journey towards achieving personal goals.
• Implement Evidence-Based Techniques: Apply advanced therapeutic techniques to improve patients' functionality, motor skills, and essential daily activities.
• Engage in Collaborative Care: Work with a dedicated team of OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a patient's recovery.
• Empower Patients and Families: Guide and educate patients and their loved ones on effective therapy methods to ensure sustained progress beyond the clinic.
• Document Progress and Adjust Treatment: Meticulously track outcomes and adapt therapy plans to align with ongoing patient needs, ensuring their recovery stays on the right track.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program
• Encouragement for continued education and professional development, including post-graduate certifications

Licensure and Certifications

• Current and active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• Certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is essential
