Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create individualized therapy strategies to support achievement of their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to boost patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work harmoniously with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing professionals to deliver comprehensive, well-rounded care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction to patients and their families about therapeutic techniques to encourage ongoing improvement at home
• Observe and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust therapy approaches as necessary, ensuring patients remain on the path to recovery

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuing education or advanced certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Possession of a valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
