Position Summary The Bilingual Customer Service Specialist will provide exceptional customer service and support to homeowners, residents, board members, and property managers within Homeowners Association (HOA) communities. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for community‑related inquiries. You will assist customers with questions regarding account information, community rules and regulations, maintenance requests, amenity reservations, assessments, violations, architectural requests, and general property concerns. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution skills. You should be comfortable handling challenging conversations while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and a customer‑focused approach. This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, navigate multiple systems simultaneously, accurately document customer interactions, research issues, and provide timely resolutions or appropriate escalations. Key Responsibilities Respond to homeowner and resident inquiries through phone and email. Provide accurate information regarding HOA policies, community guidelines, and governing documents. Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records. Create and track service requests, maintenance concerns, and community issues. Coordinate with property managers and community associations to support timely resolution of customer concerns. De‑escalate difficult situations and resolve complaints professionally. Research customer issues and provide accurate solutions or appropriate escalations. Follow established HOA procedures, service standards, and compliance requirements. Maintain accuracy and professionalism while handling a high volume of customer interactions. Deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
